BIG’S Blog: Who do you serve?

How many conversations have you heard where someone states how stupid their customer is and how they wished the customer would “get it?" These individuals think their job is all about them. Hmmm….

As a “walk around” manager, such conversations are troublesome, especially when the customers are within the organization. These individuals need to “get it!” Your job is to meet the needs of your customer--whether internal or external to an organization.

What a concept – Do whatever it takes to make your customer happy! Just think what could happen if we “all” serviced our customers' needs when they asked the first time.
