As a leader within the nonprofit community, now is the time to be optimistic. Your staff needs direction. Don’t let fear be an obstacle that stops your organization from moving forward.
Every industry at some point in their existence goes through difficult times. Henry Ford once said, “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.”
The nonprofit community may not control the changing fundraising environment, but we can take charge on how we approach the situation. Let’s work together to find a positive direction for our missions. Let’s not lose sight of what is really important — those we serve!
